Today’s creative winegrowers must meet the challenges of tomorrow, deploying sustainable agriculture practices to produce wines that respect the land, people and biodiversity, while defending the local economy here in the Gard.
Our environmental initiatives
Some of our producers have been committed to Organic Farming since 1997. The area under organic cultivation has grown steadily, and now accounts for 20% of the cooperative’s total surface area.
Respect for the environment is one of our core concerns, so all our producers have decided to obtain the HVE (High Environmental Value) label. Since 2021, 25% of the cooperative’s vineyards have been certified Terra Vitis, a leading approach to sustainable development.

All of our bottled wines produced since 2020 are labelled HVE.
