OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENTS
Some of our producers have been committed to organic farming methods since 1997. The area under organic cultivation has grown steadily, and now accounts for 20% of the cooperative’s total surface area. Respect for the environment is one of our core concerns, so all our producers have decided to obtain the HVE (High Environmental Value) label. Since 2021, 25% of the cooperative’s vineyards have been certified Terra Vitis, a leading approach to sustainable development.
