Our Organic Wines

OUR ORGANIC WINEs

Today, 19% of the surface area of our vineyards is farmed organically. Protecting life, the environment and biodiversity are the driving forces behind this approach for all those involved.

The wines from these vineyards are vinified and aged at our wineries in accordance with the European specifications for organic production methods. We are subject to annual audits by Eco-Cert to ensure compliance.

To help you with your selection, we have grouped together all of our organic wines which are found within our other categories.

Vestiges Romains

Our Vestiges Romains IGP Pays du Gard organic-certified range is a legacy of the Bouillargues cooperative winery, which joined Vignerons Créateurs in 2017. This range reflects almost 2000 years of history, highlighting the ancient heritage here in the Gard, while at the same time positioning us firmly in the present day!

Domaine Taliani

The Domaine Taliani range comes from Jean-Christophe Taliani’s family estate on the Garons plateau, south-east of Nîmes. The family has managed this beautiful vineyard, certified organic in 2018, for four generations. For young winemakers, organic farming is considered good for our land, our planet, and also for our health and that of our children. The estate now comprises approximately 8 hectares of Syrah grapes, 4.5 hectares of Chardonnay and 4 hectares of Grenache noir.

DOMAINE DES GRÈS ROUGES

The Domaine des Grès Rouges has been in the Fournier family for five generations. Located in Manduel, the farm has been organically farmed since 2012. Right in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes region, the farm’s soil consists mainly of the red sandstone which gives the estate its name. This blend of Grenache noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Marselan is a pure taste of the garrigue and guarantees smooth, well-balanced wines!

TERRACAILLOU

For this cuvée, particular organic plots of Clairette blanche grapes are selected and are then subject to organic vinification processes.

The grapes are harvested at night, and a direct pressing and static cold settling, plus a low-temperature fermentation, give this wine a unique minerality and freshness.
